OOTD - My first animal print!
Sunday, July 11, 2010
I've never been keen on animal prints. It always reminded me of Kat Slater from Eastenders. And you know what they say about Kat's fashion sense! Haha. :)
However..
I came across an asymmetrical tunic in Topshop this week, it wasn't quite leopard-ish. It was grey instead of the usual brown. It didn't look tacky at all. So I gladly purchased it.

Today I tried it on and it was love. Added a black leather bow belt and a cardi to complete to the look (And yes, I can definitely tolerate wearing a cardigan in this heat. I wore skinny jeans in Egypt last year :P)

I love that tunic - it's so pretty! As is your necklace :) xx
ReplyDeleteI love a bit of animal print, but not the traditional Bet Lynch colours! The grey makes it much cooler and more wearable, I love that tunic! I have a couple of scarves that are quite similar. Looks great with a bit of colour from the cardi too. Fantastic outfit!x

ReplyDeleteIve never been a fan of animal prints either, but now they're back again, I'm actually changing my mind too! I found myself picking up a leopard scarf in H&M today. I really like your tunic too, its subtle animal print and looks lovely on you.
ReplyDeleteYou look so pretty and cute! The animal print actually looks really nice xx
ReplyDeleteI've always been a bit wary of leopard print too, reminds me of Scary Spice lol! I think it can be more wearable if it's not actually in 'leopard colours' - your tunic looks quite subtle because it's grey.
ReplyDeleteCute necklace too. xxx
love this look :)
