I heart them. So elegant. Ultra feminine. You feel like a million dollars (or pounds.. Doesn't have the same ring to though, does it?) wearing them. 

The first time I wore one was for Eid. My brother had to put the thing on me, and that says a lot. One is hopeless. 

The last time I wore one was for a friend's wedding in Nepal. I tried to put it on by myself, but I had to seek help from the groom's mother.

Youtube videos are whack. 

This is where you guys come in. I NEED HELP.

 I have a wedding coming up in the next few weeks which bore me to tears but meh.. How the hell do I put one on?

Lima is a Northern girl who chose life. Fashion and Makeup to her are just a little bit of fun, because life is already way too serious as it is. She's all about colour, because colour breaks down barriers, opens up the mind to new possibilities and makes everything feel a bit brighter.

    wow, you look lovely in a saree! I have never worn a saree in public but I have tried it. It looked so weird on me, I felt like I had no idea of what I am suppose to do with it XD.

    Oh mannn, wish I could show you how..it's very easy! Have you thought about maybe getting the pleats sewn in, so the most you'd have to do is clip it at the waist and drape the pallu? My Mum does it for alot of Pakistani women around wedding season!

    Lima you beauty!! Your sari looks like it was made for you :) I have no idea how to put one on but I wish you luck. I wore one to a wedding a couple of years back and it started to fall down before I got there. Ran from the taxi straight to the toilets to try and pin it back! :3 xxx
